Poor Matt

Matt and I were talking a couple nights ago and trying to figure out if there was anything we could do to make our monthly expenses a little bit cheaper. We finally decided that if we were going to do anything selling his car would be the biggest help. He just bought it about eight months ago and LOVES it! He said he knew it was probably the best thing to do, but was having a really hard time with the idea and said he would be really sad to let his car go. I told him to think about it and at the end of the summer we'll try to sell it if we decide it's needed. Cute Matt...an hour later he tells me he's going to call his sister to talk to her and little did I know that he was calling her to offer her his car! She has always dreamed of having a white mazda 3 and loves Matt's. He wanted to offer it to her before we put it up for sale. She wasn't sure if she wanted it but that got Matt's whole family talking. They've come up with this huge plan and everyone is switching cars. We are going to buy his sister Steffany's car for a very reasonable price and Matt's little brother Nate is going to buy Matt's car from us. So we have no car payments and get a different car for very cheap!! Thanks to Matt's family we are getting a great deal and are cutting our monthly expenses by about $350 dollars. Anyways, the whole point of this post is that Matt keeps joking with me that I'm not being sympathetic about him having to give up his car that he loves so much. So I wanted to let him know publicly that I really appreciate him doing this!! It has made me sleep more soundly at night already! A little spare cash can go a long way.
