- Maddie and Matt spoke in church the Sunday we were there. They did terrific.
- Sleeping on an air matteress with Pat.
- Eating the best sushi I've ever had.
- Going to a restaurant called Hattie's. Not only do I LOVE the name, but the food was delicious too.
- Matt's homemade hashbrowns and eggs. So yummy.
- Spending 4.5 hours at a warehouse sale getting Maddie approximately 10 lamps for her house. They are literally in every corner or nook you can imagine in her apartment. They look really great though! :)
- Finally seeing The Lovely Bones. I LOVED IT!!
- Watching a small portion of the Golden Globes.
- Buying a FABULOUS skirt from Anthropologie. I can't wait to wear it.
- Pat's class she gave to Maddie, Matt, and I on how to use a paper cutter (see last picture).
- Driving through the ghetto of Dallas and for the first time in my life wishing Matt's gun were present.
- Going to the creepiest antique shop I've ever seen. Straight out of The Strangers (the scary movie that changed my life...for the worse).
- Experiencing 5 guys without fry sauce...all I have to say is I don't like ketchup.

Thanks for letting us visit, you guys! It was a blast and I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Sweet Matt was supposed to go out of town for work the weekend I was in Dallas. His trip got cancelled last minute, which was the only downer of the vacation. He could of come and partied with us in the big D.
